At Super Lash Boutique we provide digital training courses and downloadable resources that can be accessed instantly after purchase.
Because of the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted or files have been downloaded.
1. Digital content & online courses
Under UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), consumers usually have a 14-day cooling-off period for digital purchases.
However, when you buy from us, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You lose your right to cancel once you access the digital course or download the files.
- Because our products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned”, all sales are final.
2. Faulty or misdescribed products
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still apply.
If the digital content is faulty, corrupted, or not as described, we will provide a replacement.

We’ll respond within 7 business days and aim to resolve the issue within 14 business days.
